衛(wèi)生型單晶硅壓力變送器滿足以下一系列衛(wèi)生要求：在材料無(wú)毒無(wú)害性要求方面，包括：根據(jù)不同條件要求選用不同等級(jí)不銹鋼材料（304L、316L、410、409、329）；所選用的各類聚合材料、各類橡膠彈性體材料、粘合劑、潤(rùn)滑劑、測(cè)量傳導(dǎo)液材料、熱隔離材料、外鍍材料等不得含有毒有害成分、不得有有毒有害成分滲出或滲入等；結(jié)構(gòu)方面要求表面光潔、*，不易積垢殘留、不易污染，容易沖洗（常采用快開(kāi)卡箍接口）和容易滅菌消毒等；防染菌防污染方面要求有嚴(yán)格的密封隔離，防有毒、有害和污染物進(jìn)入和泄出、耐高溫消毒滅菌；加工方面要求有一定的光潔度和焊接性；維護(hù)方面要求有合適的清潔劑、內(nèi)外表面容易清潔、便于在位清潔（CIP）和在位滅菌（SIP）等。

衛(wèi)生型單晶硅壓力變送器用于食品藥品生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中與食品藥物原輔料、半成品成品直接接觸實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力或液位測(cè)量，其采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材質(zhì)和整體焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，并滿足嚴(yán)格的密封隔離性能和具有承受嚴(yán)格和充分高溫滅菌消毒或化學(xué)滅菌消毒的性能和條件，安裝和使用時(shí)不易產(chǎn)生滅菌消毒的死角等，滿足無(wú)菌和避免染菌的要求從而確保食品藥品生產(chǎn)安全。
