2.攪拌機所需要的配套功率是按容積大小，攪拌液體的密度、粘度和攪拌深度而確定的，根據(jù)具體情況應采用一臺或多

臺攪拌機。

3.注明導軌長度、電纜線長度(常規(guī)10米)、材質(zhì)要求(常規(guī)碳鋼)、防腐要求(常規(guī)油漆防腐)、電控要求。

4.未注明特殊要求，均按本公司常規(guī)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。

5.用戶土建時，請根據(jù)本公司產(chǎn)品安裝示意圖進行預埋，預埋件應符合相關標準規(guī)定，不在供貨范圍內(nèi)。

4.每小時啟動次數(shù)不多于6次，且間隔時間均勻;

5.大潛水深度10m。

又產(chǎn)生一次革命性的飛躍，產(chǎn)品的可靠性、綜合技術指標居國內(nèi)地位，達到目前*同類產(chǎn)品的*水平。推流式潛水攪拌機是一種新型、高效潛水攪拌裝置，該設備主要由潛水電機、密封機構、葉輪、導流罩、手搖卷揚機構、電氣控制等部分構成。攪拌葉輪在電機驅動下旋轉攪拌液體產(chǎn)生旋向射流，利用沿著射流表面的剪切應力來進行混合，使流場以外的液體通過磨擦產(chǎn)生攪拌作用，在極度混合的同時，形成體積流，應用大體積流動模式得到受控流體的輸送。

推流式低速潛水攪拌機，由潛水電機減速機、螺旋推進葉輪、密封機構、手搖卷揚機構、電氣控制等部分組成。

螺旋葉輪在電機和減速機驅動下低速旋轉，產(chǎn)生大體積流場，應用大體積流動模式來得到快速的受控流體輸送，同時環(huán)形流

動模式確保了全部容池內(nèi)的液體都能反復通過極度混合區(qū)。

性能特點

1.攪拌結構緊湊、操作維護簡便、安裝檢修方便、使用壽命長;

2.葉輪采用近年的水力設計結構，效率高，比同類產(chǎn)品高15~ 20%，無纏繞堵塞現(xiàn)象;

3.電纜出線采用了特別結構，排除了因人為拉扯、電纜外套破碎、電纜老化等偶然因素導致的漏水、漏電、短路、定子

線圈燒毀，有效地降低了整機上部進水出現(xiàn)故障的概率。

4.考慮到潛水攪拌機在啟動和運行時可能發(fā)生的狀況，內(nèi)置了多項預警傳感器，包括有接線室、電機腔和油室腔內(nèi)滲

漏、上下軸承和電機線圈溫升。在外置控制柜中有缺相、短路、過流及水位控制等保護。

5潛水攪拌機使用了三只軸承，上端用帶密封蓋的自潤滑軸承，下端用一只向心推力軸承，一只滾珠軸承，結構上保證

了全部軸承在有效潤滑條件下運行，提高了軸承和機械密封的壽命，降低了泵的振動和噪音。
