機械工作原理：

二、特殊功能

1、*疏解漿料，纖維不受任何損壞，高效的除去大量雜質(zhì)。

2、使金屬、雜質(zhì)不漏到定子和轉(zhuǎn)子中間去，延長疏解刀的壽命。

3、節(jié)電效果明顯，噸絕干漿耗電不超過30kwh。

4、用稻麥草漿生產(chǎn)22g/m2以上的紙張，不需再用傳統(tǒng)的槽式打漿機和雙盤磨漿機。

5、水力碎漿機用該機處理各種廢紙，不需再經(jīng)任何打漿設(shè)備，可送抄紙機直接抄紙。

6、可替代各種疏解機、盤磨機、高濃除砂器，或減少其設(shè)備臺數(shù)。

7.設(shè)備有不可調(diào)式和可調(diào)式，用戶可依據(jù)情況選擇。
