工作原理及特點(diǎn) 

旋渦氣泵的葉輪由數(shù)十片葉片組成，它類似龐大的氣輪機(jī)的葉輪。葉輪葉片中的空氣受到了離心力的作用向葉輪的邊緣云運(yùn)動(dòng)，在那里空氣進(jìn)入泵體的環(huán)形空腔，然后又返回葉輪，重新從葉輪的起點(diǎn)以同樣的方式再進(jìn)行循環(huán)。葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生循環(huán)氣流，以級(jí)高的能量離開氣泵以供使用。

旋渦氣泵采用電機(jī)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕、噪音低。送出的氣源無(wú)水無(wú)油。

使用和維護(hù) 

氣泵應(yīng)放置在較平穩(wěn)的地方，周圍環(huán)境應(yīng)清潔、干燥、通風(fēng)。

氣泵葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須與風(fēng)扇罩殼上所標(biāo)箭頭方向一致。

像一般電動(dòng)機(jī)一樣定期維修和給兩端軸承加潤(rùn)滑脂。（3#二硫化鉬鋰基脂或7018高速潤(rùn)滑 脂）

進(jìn)出口兩端的過濾網(wǎng)和應(yīng)根據(jù)情況適時(shí)清洗，以免堵塞影響使用。
