使用條件
1． 介質(zhì)溫度≤80oC，無須外接沖洗潤滑水；
2． 鑄鐵材質(zhì)的使用介質(zhì)PH值在5－9范圍內(nèi)；
3． 各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)采用不銹鋼，含磨粒介質(zhì)采用雙相鋼；
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1. 葉輪采用了半開式螺旋設(shè)計(jì)，具有如下特點(diǎn)：
1.1 采用三維造型優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，效率高于普通污水葉輪，降低運(yùn)行成本；
1.2 半開式，流道寬，抽排時(shí)，含有大顆粒固狀物的介質(zhì)能夠在流道內(nèi)暢通無阻；
1.3 葉片進(jìn)口邊伸出泵體流道以外，起到攪拌器作用；
2. 副葉片結(jié)構(gòu)及*的螺紋密封結(jié)構(gòu)能有效的減少泵的泄露及容積損失，提高了泵的效率，降低了泵運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生的軸向力，減輕了軸承的負(fù)載，解決了常規(guī)潛污泵及液下式污水泵的密封易損壞的問題；
3.通過分析軟件計(jì)算主軸的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速，使基礎(chǔ)以下部分無須設(shè)置軸承，有效解決了滑動(dòng)軸承磨損和滾動(dòng)軸承密封失效而損壞的問題，提高了機(jī)組的使用壽命和可靠性，大大降低運(yùn)行維護(hù)成本；
4. 泵體采用受力分析軟件對基礎(chǔ)以上的筒體及支架進(jìn)行有限元分析，剛性好，振動(dòng)小，可靠性高；
5. 軸承部件設(shè)置于泵基礎(chǔ)以上，承受軸向力和徑向力，正常運(yùn)行期間可很方便的對軸承進(jìn)行加脂維護(hù)；
6. 整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，電機(jī)位于基礎(chǔ)之上，可靠性高，易維護(hù)檢修；
