結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

泵為單吸或雙吸進(jìn)口的臥式節(jié)段式多級離心泵，泵的口可以垂直向上或水平、排出口垂直向上布置。主要有：進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段、次級進(jìn)水段、正導(dǎo)葉、反導(dǎo)葉、正葉輪、反葉輪、軸、節(jié)流套、減壓裝置、擋套、軸承體、過渡管等零件組成；中段由高強(qiáng)度的穿杠螺栓和進(jìn)出水段聯(lián)接，泵的進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段之間的密封面均采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂金屬面硬密封；轉(zhuǎn)子由裝在軸上的正葉輪、節(jié)流減壓裝置、反葉輪、軸套、軸承擋套等零件組成；軸承采用“固-游式”干油潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)，驅(qū)動端采用圓柱滾子軸承，末端采用角接觸球軸承；泵的工作室由進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段、次級進(jìn)水段、正導(dǎo)葉、反導(dǎo)葉、過渡管等組成；轉(zhuǎn)子部分與固定部分之間裝有密封環(huán)、導(dǎo)葉套等進(jìn)行密封。

結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

該系列泵轉(zhuǎn)子部分主要由軸及安裝在軸上的葉輪、軸套、平衡盤等零件組成，其中葉輪的數(shù)量根據(jù)泵的級數(shù)而定。軸上零件通過平鍵和軸螺母緊固使之與軸聯(lián)成一體。整個轉(zhuǎn)子由兩端滾動軸承或滑動軸承支承，軸承按型號不同而定，均不承受軸向力，其軸向力由平衡盤平衡。泵在運(yùn)行中允許轉(zhuǎn)子在泵殼中軸向游動，不能采用向心球軸承。滾動軸承用油膩潤滑，滑動軸承用稀油潤滑，并用油環(huán)進(jìn)行自潤滑，循環(huán)水冷卻。泵的進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段之間的密封面均采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂密封，轉(zhuǎn)子部分與固定部分之間裝有密封環(huán)、導(dǎo)葉套等進(jìn)行密封，當(dāng)密封環(huán)和導(dǎo)葉套的磨損程度己影響泵的工作性能時應(yīng)予以更換。

工作原理：

依靠葉輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)時水發(fā)生離心運(yùn)動而進(jìn)行工作的。水泵有一個特點(diǎn)就是在啟動前呢，必須要在泵殼兒和吸水管內(nèi)充滿足夠的水，然后才能啟動電機(jī)，使泵軸帶動的葉輪和水作高速旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動，然后水通過高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而發(fā)生離心運(yùn)動，被甩出去，這樣的話就完成了液體的運(yùn)輸功能。臥式離心泵的，其實(shí)也是同樣的一個工作原理，除此之外呢，臥式離心泵還需要進(jìn)行日常的清潔，來保證其使用壽命。
