產(chǎn)品概述：

廣范用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、化工等部門。適用于輸送含有泡沫的磨蝕性渣漿，該系列泵在工作時能有效的消除漿體中的泡沫。在來料不足的情況下仍能正常工作，特別適用于各種浮選工藝流程，是輸送泡沫漿體的理想產(chǎn)品。

產(chǎn)品特點：

1、該型泵采用于型軸承組件，軸承體安裝有電機(jī)座或電機(jī)架，即可采用直接傳動或間接傳動，可以方便地更換皮帶輪，用來改變泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，以滿足工況變化。
2、料箱采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或不銹鋼，鋼襯橡膠等，設(shè)有切向進(jìn)料口和溢流箱，溢流箱可以方便地把多余的來料再送回料池，切向進(jìn)口可使物料迅速地進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)并消除部分泡沫。
3、泵頭結(jié)構(gòu)為雙泵殼結(jié)構(gòu)，根據(jù)輸送介質(zhì)不同，過流部件可采用：金屬，橡膠，或其它非金屬材料

工作原理：

渣漿泵輸送的大多是含有固體的漿體,在運行中固含物軌跡總會與載體的流線脫離,并與過流部件產(chǎn)生一定的撞擊,從而產(chǎn)生能量損失。在選用渣漿泵時首先考慮那些選擇優(yōu)良的水力模型,并采用*的設(shè)計方法(如兩相流、二元流等較為*的理論)的生產(chǎn)廠家。依此設(shè)計的葉片曲線更符合漿體流動狀態(tài),減少了撞擊和水力損失,可有效減少能量損失,從而使泵具有較高的效率。
