產(chǎn)品描述：

泥漿泵系單級單吸泥漿泵分立式泥漿泵、臥式泥漿泵，適用于輸送含固體顆粒的液體廣泛適用在火電廠水力除灰，礦山輸送礦砂液體，也可用于建材、造紙、紡織、食品、飼料等部門抽送各種漿料，大濃度50%-60%（重量計）。泥漿泵，過流零件均使用耐磨合金材料制造，壽命長，敞開式葉輪用螺紋軸連接，葉輪與護(hù)板之間的間隙可以調(diào)整，以保持高效工作。型泥漿泵有：七種。

泵適用于礦山、造紙、印染、環(huán)保、市政施工、化工、食品、石棉瓦廠等，輸送礦砂液，濃村的河泥、糞便、漿狀飼料。紙廠細(xì)漿、河床積水、石棉瓦漿等污濁液、糊狀、漿狀物，是清水泵無法替代的產(chǎn)品。 該泵占地面積小，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，移動方便，液下式操作，無需灌引水，造價低，性價比高，經(jīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)實用。泵是在原有普通型基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改良，液下采用高耐磨耐腐，含氟橡膠軸承，淘汰了以前使用的滾珠軸承。液下不再使用油封作為水封。長軸中間設(shè)計定位套，加強(qiáng)了軸在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中的穩(wěn)定性。電機(jī)座下設(shè)計雙滾動軸承，加油孔，及時補充潤滑油。軸上端設(shè)計防轉(zhuǎn)子下墜鎖緊裝置。

泥漿泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

（1）泥漿泵過流部分承磨件采用了耐磨鑄鐵，使用壽命長。

（2）泥漿泵葉輪和護(hù)板的間隙可以及時調(diào)整，保持較高工作效率。

（3）泥漿泵4〞以上該型泵軸承直裝于水平中開托內(nèi)，拆檢方便調(diào)整及時，并在油池內(nèi)裝有水冷蛇形管，改善了軸承的工作條件。
