鋁合金氣動隔膜泵這種泵的主要特點是不需灌引水，既能抽送流動的液體，又能輸送一些是易流動的介質(zhì)，吸程高、揚程可調(diào)（0-50米）氣源壓力只須大于1kg/cm2即能工作，防火防爆，具有潛水泵、自吸泵、雜質(zhì)泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵的一切功能和輸送機(jī)械的許多特點。鋁合金氣動隔膜泵是一種新型輸送機(jī)械，是目前國內(nèi)新穎的一種泵類。采用壓縮空氣為動力源，對于各種腐蝕性液體，帶顆粒的液體，高粘度、易揮發(fā)、易燃、劇毒的液體，均能予以抽光吸盡。隔膜泵根據(jù)不同液體介質(zhì)分別采用橡膠、氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、聚四氟乙烯、聚四六乙烯。以滿足不同用戶的需要。安置在各種特殊場合，用來抽送種常規(guī)泵不能抽吸的介質(zhì)，均取得了滿意的效果。

主要用途
1>：作為各種固液分離設(shè)備的前級送壓裝置。
2>：用泵為油輪,駁船清倉吸取倉內(nèi)污水
3>：泵吸花生醬、泡菜、土豆泥、紅腸、巧克力、啤酒花、糖漿等。
4>：泵吸油漆、樹膠、顏料、粘合劑和膠水等。
5>：泵吸各種磨料、腐蝕劑、清洗油垢等
6>：泵吸各種強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、強(qiáng)腐蝕液體等。
7>：泵吸各種劇毒、易燃、易揮發(fā)液體等。
8>：各種高溫液體可耐150℃。
9>：泵吸各種瓦、瓷、磚器及陶器釉漿等和泵吸各種污水、水泥灌漿及灰漿等

工作原理：

1、以壓縮空氣為動力。
2、是一種由膜片往復(fù)變形造成容積變化的容積泵，其工作原理 近似于柱塞泵，由于隔膜泵工作原理的特點，因此隔膜泵具有以 下特點： （1）泵不會過熱：壓縮空氣與電機(jī)為動力，在排氣時是一個膨脹吸熱的 過程，氣動泵工作時溫度是降低的，無有害氣體排出。 （2）不會產(chǎn)生電火花：氣動隔膜泵不用電力作動力，接地后又防止了靜 電火花。
（3）可以通過含顆粒液體：因為容積式工作且進(jìn)口為球閥，所以不容易 被堵。
（4）對物料的剪切力極低：工作時事怎么吸進(jìn)怎么吐出，所以對物料的 攪動小，適用于不穩(wěn)定物質(zhì)飛輸送。
（5）流量可調(diào)節(jié)，可以在物料出口處加裝節(jié)流閥來調(diào)節(jié)流量。
（6）即有自吸的功能。
（7）可以空運行，而不會有危險。
（8）可以潛水工作
（9）可以輸送的流體極為廣泛，從低粘度的到高粘度的，從腐蝕性的到 粘稠的。
（10）沒有復(fù)雜的控制系統(tǒng) ，沒有電纜、保險絲等（氣動隔膜泵）
