進(jìn)口混流泵特點(diǎn)

是流量、揚(yáng)程介于離心泵與軸流泵之間的一種水泵，比離心泵大，但較軸流泵??；揚(yáng)程比離心泵低，但較軸流泵高；混流泵的效率高而且效率區(qū)較寬；流量變化時(shí)，軸功率變化較小，動(dòng)力機(jī)可經(jīng)常處于滿載運(yùn)行；抗汽蝕性能較好，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，工作范圍廣，在需要小流量的場(chǎng)合可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；中、小型臥式混流泵，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，質(zhì)量輕，使用維修方便。它同時(shí)具有了離心泵和軸流泵兩方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種比較好用的泵型。

混流泵根據(jù)其壓水室的不同，通?？煞譃榕P式和立式兩種。立式混流泵用于大型泵。臥式蝸殼式混流泵的結(jié)構(gòu)與單級(jí)單吸離心泵相似，只是其葉輪形狀不同，混流泵葉片出口邊是傾斜的，葉片數(shù)較少，流道寬闊，混流泵的流量一般較離心泵大，其蝸殼體也較大，為了支承穩(wěn)固。

泵的基礎(chǔ)地腳座一般均設(shè)在泵體下面，軸承體靠泵體支承。此外，臥式蝸殼式混流泵的密封形式常采用平面密封（又稱軸向密封），即以葉輪上的軸向端面與泵蓋上的相應(yīng)密封面進(jìn)行密封。裝配時(shí)在蝸殼體與泵蓋或軸承體間墊紙，當(dāng)軸向間隙增大后，可抽掉紙墊或在葉輪的后蓋板輪轂端面加銅墊片以減小間隙。

導(dǎo)葉式混流泵有立式和臥式兩種，其結(jié)構(gòu)與軸流泵很相似。立式導(dǎo)葉式混流泵構(gòu)造，按葉片角度調(diào)節(jié)方式也可分為固定式、半調(diào)節(jié)式與全調(diào)節(jié)式。與蝸殼式混流泵比較，它的徑向尺寸較小，但水力性能稍差。臥式導(dǎo)葉式混流泵的泵體為水平中開式，安裝、維修都較方便。

混流泵是介于離心泵與軸流泵之間的一種泵，就其工作原理來說，它是靠葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)液體產(chǎn)生軸向推力和離心力的雙重作用來工作的。液體沿軸向流人葉輪，以斜向流的形式流出葉輪，因此混流泵也稱斜式泵。

性能特點(diǎn)：
⑴泵與電機(jī)同軸，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，運(yùn)行安全高效，無振動(dòng)。

⑵大流道葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)能增強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)纖維及污物的通過能力，使水泵抗堵塞、防纏繞性能更加顯著。

⑶*的電纜密封，排除了電纜的漏水隱患；雙重、三重機(jī)械密封及加裝輔助密封結(jié)構(gòu)，使?jié)撍姍C(jī)具有IP68防護(hù)等級(jí)，F(xiàn)級(jí)絕緣等級(jí)耐高溫可達(dá)135℃。同時(shí)電機(jī)內(nèi)設(shè)有密封泄露、繞組溫升檢測(cè)裝置，大大增強(qiáng)了幾組的使用壽命。

⑷潛水混流泵適用于水位變化較大及揚(yáng)程相對(duì)較高的場(chǎng)合例如：城市固定雨污水泵站、工礦船塢的調(diào)載、應(yīng)急防汛排澇抗旱等。
