軟管泵概述：

工業(yè)軟管泵系列產(chǎn)品是吸收了*進技術(shù)而開發(fā)的一種新型的、多功能、多用途工業(yè)泵。它*擺脫了傳統(tǒng)泵葉輪和軸密封的運行模式，對粘度大、腐蝕性大、流體雜質(zhì)大的介質(zhì)輸送具有*的優(yōu)勢，和傳統(tǒng)輸送泵有著截然不同的原理，應(yīng)用范圍廣。

軟管泵工作原理：

一根內(nèi)壁光滑、強度可靠的特制橡膠軟管安裝在泵體內(nèi)部，通過一對壓輥沿著軟管旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓，這樣的旋轉(zhuǎn)使得介質(zhì)往一個方向輸送而不會有倒流，軟管在輸送介質(zhì)之后，由被壓扁軟管的自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輥的強制下，軟管恢復(fù)原狀，此時，軟管內(nèi)產(chǎn)生高真空將介質(zhì)再次吸入管腔，然后介質(zhì)在隨之而來的壓輥擠壓下從軟管內(nèi)排出，如此周而復(fù)始，介質(zhì)不斷地被吸入和排出。

軟管泵優(yōu)勢：

*的無密封結(jié)構(gòu)，無任何泄漏和污染；采用*的滾動技術(shù)，壓輥不需要任何潤滑；自吸能力強并具有自清理能力，能正反吸料；簡易的軟管裝配，安裝維修簡單，維修費用低，操作簡單；流量可進行線性調(diào)節(jié)，并有一定的計量功能；對粘度大有雜質(zhì)的液體輸送不產(chǎn)生任何堵塞；泵的使用壽命長，揚程高和泵口壓力大。

軟管泵的特點介紹：

軟管泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單且緊湊、制作容易、故障串低、操作維護簡便、檢修容易、成本低，適用于多種混合流體。軟管泵的主要特點有：

（1）屬容積式泉類，具有無機械密封、自吸能力強、自清理等特性。

（2）無泵閥，不會產(chǎn)生密封類泵的泄湯和氣阻現(xiàn)象，杜絕了因泄漏而造成的跑、冒、滴、漏損失和污染，工作現(xiàn)場干凈。

（3）軟管泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，無葉輪、無容室等結(jié)構(gòu)，適應(yīng)性強，液體、漿狀和粘稠懸浮物料均可輸送。特別是離彈性的軟管空腔能泵吸有雜質(zhì)的液體、各種纖維物體以及含粒徑在軟管直徑1/4以下的固體料漿，而且光滑的軟管內(nèi)腔不產(chǎn)生任何堵塞。允許有較大的固態(tài)物粒子。輸送介質(zhì)的濃度可大于70%。因此非常適合高濃度的物料輸送。

（4）運行前不需灌泵。泵停機時轉(zhuǎn)子本身就起到閥門的作用。防止了倒流，干運行時，不會產(chǎn)生主軸封死等故障。

（5）泵吸送的液體儀與膠管接觸。故能輸送橡膠所能承受的酸堿鹽腐蝕性、有毒、無菌、放射性、礦漿等含面量較高的磨蝕性介質(zhì)、對衛(wèi)生等級要求很高、不允許有剪切力破壞的物料，如選礦、氛化等流程作業(yè)的渣槳輸送?？梢源嬉话悴讳P鋼泵。它的平緩、低剪切力使某些易損介質(zhì)的損壞程度降至低。流體的活性不會被破壞。輸送介質(zhì)只與橡膠管接觸，克服了泵零件磨損過快的缺點，因而泵體等只需用普通材料制造，造價低廉?？奢斔透呙芏冉橘|(zhì)。離心泵所能處理介質(zhì)的比重極限2.6kg/cm'，而紹動泵可處理比重為4.3kg/cm'的介質(zhì)。

（6）可以正反向旋轉(zhuǎn)。不設(shè)定進出口，動力消耗少，水力和容積效率高。

（7）具有很好的計量能力，可以用作計t泵，可通過選擇管子的尺寸和渭節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速改變流量，流量范圍廣，計It精度、重復(fù)精度高。流量精度可小于10%，而且不會受介質(zhì)粘度變化的影響。
