離心泵的基本構(gòu)造

由六部分組成的分別是葉輪，泵體，泵軸，軸承，密封環(huán)，填料函。

1、葉輪是離心泵的核心部分，它轉(zhuǎn)速高出力大，葉輪上的葉片又起到首要效果，葉輪在裝置前要經(jīng)過靜平衡實驗。葉輪上的表里外表要求潤滑，以削減水流的摩擦損失。按其機械結(jié)構(gòu)可分為閉式、半閉式和開式三種。閉式葉輪適用于運送清潔液體；半閉式和開式葉輪適用于運送含有固體顆粒的懸浮液，這類泵的效率低。

2、泵體也稱泵殼，它是水泵的主體。起到支撐固定效果，并與裝置軸承的托架相連接。

3、泵軸的效果是借聯(lián)軸器和電動機相連接，將電動機的轉(zhuǎn)矩傳給葉輪，所以它是傳遞機械能的首要部件。

4、滑動軸承使用的是透明油作潤滑劑的，加油到油位線。太多油要沿泵軸滲出，太少軸承又要過熱燒壞造成事故！在水泵運轉(zhuǎn)過程中軸承的溫度在85度，一般運轉(zhuǎn)在60度左右。

5、密封環(huán)又稱減漏環(huán)。

6、填料函首要由填料、水封環(huán)、填料筒、填料壓蓋、水封管組成。填料函的效果首要是為了關(guān)閉泵殼與泵軸之間的空地，不讓泵內(nèi)的水流不流到外面來也不讓外面的空氣進入到泵內(nèi)。

立式單級離心泵軸向力的均衡方法有：

1.在小型單級離心泵中選用推力滾動軸承來平軸向力。

2.選用均衡孔法：在葉輪的后蓋板上開有，從葉輪出口流出的液體，通過后蓋板上的均衡孔流的吸進口，使作用在葉輪吸入面上的壓力與作用在后的壓力底子相等。為了消弭由于加工過失惹起的軸向力，可在泵上設(shè)備止推軸承。

3.均衡管法：這種方法是將高壓側(cè)密封環(huán)走漏出的液體，通過一根外接收線返回泵的吸人口，這根管線稱為均衡管，原理戰(zhàn)爭衡孔法底子相同。

4.選用雙吸葉輪：選用雙吸葉輪時，作在葉輪蓋板兩邊壓力p排相同，作用在葉輪兩邊吸人面上壓p吸相同，底子上消弭了軸向力。別的，可在泵上設(shè)備止拍承來抑制由于加工過失而惹起的軸向力。
