一般不銹鋼潛水泵冷卻方法是水冷式。不論是內(nèi)水冷卻、外水冷卻仍是表里雙水冷卻方法,都需求水作為介質(zhì)來(lái)完成不銹鋼潛水泵的冷卻散熱作業(yè)。不銹鋼潛水泵空轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),沒(méi)有水來(lái)對(duì)潛水泵的繞組、軸承等發(fā)熱部位進(jìn)行冷卻,因此不允許潛水泵空轉(zhuǎn)。
潛水泵內(nèi)、外雙水冷的冷卻方法冷卻作用比較好,潛水泵內(nèi)腔充水,定子鐵心、定子繞組、轉(zhuǎn)子鐵心和轉(zhuǎn)子繞組(轉(zhuǎn)子導(dǎo)條和轉(zhuǎn)子端環(huán))等均浸在水中,直接由機(jī)內(nèi)的水冷卻。電動(dòng)機(jī)定子鐵損耗、定子槽部繞組的電阻損耗和端部繞組的部分電阻損耗所發(fā)生的熱量直接經(jīng)過(guò)定子鐵心,經(jīng)機(jī)殼傳給流經(jīng)機(jī)殼外表的冷卻水帶走。轉(zhuǎn)子繞組的電阻損耗和轉(zhuǎn)子鐵損耗所發(fā)生的熱量,一部分經(jīng)氣隙直接傳給定子,經(jīng)定子傳給電動(dòng)機(jī)外的冷卻水帶走;另一部分傳給轉(zhuǎn)子腔的水中,此部分熱量與定子端部繞組傳給內(nèi)腔充水的另一部分電阻損耗熱量以及機(jī)械損耗所發(fā)生的熱量一起,經(jīng)內(nèi)腔充水傳給定子鐵心、機(jī)殼和軸承座,終也經(jīng)過(guò)電動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)殼和軸承座等零部件的外表傳給冷卻水帶走。
結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
1電動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻(1)電動(dòng)機(jī)的冷卻介質(zhì)可以是泵所輸送的液體或其他冷卻介質(zhì)。(2)如冷卻介質(zhì)是泵所輸送的液體并需外接管路時(shí),管路系統(tǒng)(包括所有附件)由泵制造廠家提供,并將它們*裝好在泵上,管路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和配置都可以拆下清洗和維修。管路材料耐輸送液體和環(huán)境條件引起的腐蝕。2電動(dòng)機(jī)密封(1)泵腔與電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔間的密封
泵腔與電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔之間設(shè)置可靠的密封裝置,以防止泵所輸送的液體進(jìn)入電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔。(2)各配合面有可靠的密封,以防止電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔進(jìn)入外界雜質(zhì)和介質(zhì)。泵組裝后,電動(dòng)機(jī)側(cè)的密封裝置和電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔內(nèi)能承受試驗(yàn)壓力1.5倍的泵可潛入深度下液體壓力,但不低于2.0MPa的氣壓試驗(yàn),在保壓時(shí)間內(nèi),無(wú)泄漏或其他異?,F(xiàn)象。3臨界轉(zhuǎn)速
在運(yùn)行條件下,泵整體轉(zhuǎn)子的實(shí)際橫向臨界轉(zhuǎn)速至少高出電動(dòng)機(jī)額度轉(zhuǎn)速的10%4平衡葉輪做靜平衡試驗(yàn)。電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子做動(dòng)平衡,并符合GB/T9239-1998中G6.3級(jí)的規(guī)定。5承壓零件泵中承受工作壓力的零、部件能承受試驗(yàn)壓力為1.5倍泵容許工作壓力,但不低于0.2MPa的水壓試驗(yàn),在保壓時(shí)間內(nèi),無(wú)泄漏或其他異常現(xiàn)象。
6葉輪葉輪采用閉式、半開(kāi)式或開(kāi)式結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)用途可設(shè)計(jì)成單流道或多流道形式;當(dāng)泵所輸送的介質(zhì)符合規(guī)定時(shí),葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)能保證固體顆粒不發(fā)生堵塞;葉輪可靠的固定在軸上,防止旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)發(fā)生圓周方向或軸向移動(dòng)。7密封環(huán)密封環(huán)裝配后被牢靠的鎖定而不發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),裝上的密封環(huán)是可更換的。8軸和軸套軸有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度,軸上的螺紋旋向在軸按規(guī)定的方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),使螺母處于擰緊
結(jié)構(gòu)描述:
1、多級(jí)潛水泵機(jī)組由:水泵、潛水電機(jī)(包括電纜)、輸水管和控制開(kāi)關(guān)四大部分組成。
潛水泵為單吸多級(jí)立式離心泵:潛水電機(jī)為密閉充水濕式、立式三相籠異步電動(dòng)機(jī),電機(jī)與水泵通過(guò)爪式或單健筒式聯(lián)軸器直接;配備有不同規(guī)格的三芯電纜;起動(dòng)設(shè)備為不同容量等級(jí)的空氣開(kāi)關(guān)和自偶減壓起動(dòng)器、輸水管為不同直徑的鋼管制成、采用法蘭聯(lián)接,高揚(yáng)程式電泵采用閘閥控制。
2、潛水泵每級(jí)導(dǎo)流殼中裝有一個(gè)橡膠軸承;葉輪用錐形套固定在泵軸上;導(dǎo)流殼采用螺紋或螺栓聯(lián)成一體。
3、高揚(yáng)程潛水泵上部裝有止回閥,避免停機(jī)水垂造成機(jī)組破壞。
4、潛水電機(jī)軸上部裝有迷宮式防砂器和兩個(gè)反向裝配的骨架油封,防止流砂進(jìn)入電機(jī)。
5、潛水電機(jī)采用水潤(rùn)滑軸承,下部裝有橡膠調(diào)壓膜、調(diào)壓彈簧,組成調(diào)壓室,調(diào)節(jié)由于溫度引起的壓力變化;電機(jī)繞組采用聚乙稀絕緣,尼龍護(hù)套耐用消費(fèi)品水電磁線(xiàn),電纜聯(lián)接方式按電纜接頭工藝,把接頭絕緣脫去刮凈漆層,分別接好,焊接牢固,用生橡膠繞一層。再用防水粘膠帶纏2~3層,外面包上2~3層防水膠布或用水膠粘結(jié)包一層橡膠帶(自行車(chē)?yán)飵?以防滲水。
6、電機(jī)密閉,采用精密止口螺栓,電纜出口加膠墊進(jìn)行密封。
7、電機(jī)上端有一個(gè)注水孔,有一個(gè)放氣孔,下部有一個(gè)放水孔。
8、電機(jī)下部裝有上下止推軸承,止推軸承上有溝槽用于冷卻,和它對(duì)磨的是不銹鋼推力盤(pán),隨水泵的上下軸向力
