結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

泵蓋通過止口固定在中間支架上，然后通過泵體與中間支架止口的聯(lián)接把泵蓋夾緊在中間，泵體是軸向吸入，徑向排出，腳支承式，可直接固定在底座上。懸架部件通過止口固定固定在中間支架上，并用懸架支架支撐在底座上。為拆卸方便，設(shè)計(jì)了加長聯(lián)軸器，檢修時(shí)可以不拆卸進(jìn)出口聯(lián)接管路，泵體和電動(dòng)機(jī)。只需拆下聯(lián)軸器的中間聯(lián)接件，即可退出轉(zhuǎn)子部件進(jìn)行檢修

廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、石油、制藥、電力、食品、環(huán)保、冶煉、礦山造紙、油輪卸油、化纖合成等領(lǐng)域，采用耐磨耐腐硬質(zhì)合金的機(jī)械密封

特性

泵體：臥式后開門結(jié)構(gòu)，泵頭與電機(jī)采用聯(lián)軸器連接，安裝在底板上，葉輪為后開式，三只軸承，軸封采用外裝式機(jī)械密封，設(shè)有冷卻裝置，軸承體的油位用油鏡觀察；結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理。該泵在泵體上鑄有支腳，采用底腳支撐結(jié)構(gòu)，可承受來自管路的荷載并直接傳給基礎(chǔ)，這樣泵轉(zhuǎn)子不會(huì)因泵承受荷載而產(chǎn)生彎曲，從而保證了承載和機(jī)械密封具有的使用壽命。維修時(shí)不需將與泵體相連的管路打開，只要打開托架與泵體的螺栓， 將兩者分開就可維修葉輪和機(jī)械密封，簡易方便。

葉輪：閉式、半開始、全開式葉輪，cz化工離心泵軸向力主要由背葉片或平衡孔來平衡，殘余軸向力由軸承承受。

泵蓋：與密封壓蓋構(gòu)成密封腔體，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)腔尺寸可配備各種密封型式。

軸封：根據(jù)工況不同，可采用填料密封，單端面機(jī)封、雙單面機(jī)封、串聯(lián)機(jī)封等形式

軸承：潤滑方式為稀油潤滑，由恒位油杯控制油位，充分保證軸承在良好潤滑狀態(tài)下工作。軸：用軸套保護(hù)，防止介質(zhì)直接與軸接觸發(fā)生腐蝕，提高軸的使用壽命。

后拖式設(shè)計(jì)：可以不動(dòng)泵的進(jìn)出管路，即可維修，使用方便。
