【進(jìn)口可調(diào)式氣體減壓閥】詳細(xì)說(shuō)明:
減壓閥適用于蒸汽、空氣介質(zhì)管路上,使用于氧氣、空氣介質(zhì)管路上。法蘭先導(dǎo)活塞式蒸汽減壓閥是通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)將使進(jìn)口壓力降低至某一需要的出口壓力,當(dāng)進(jìn)口壓力與流量有變化時(shí),靠截肢本身能量可自動(dòng)保持出口壓力在一定范圍內(nèi)但進(jìn)口壓力和出口壓力之差必須≥0.2MPa/cm2。氣體減壓閥主要用于氣體管路,同樣適用于如空氣、氮?dú)?、氧氣、氫氣、煤氣、液化氣、天然氣等氣體??諝鉁p壓閥屬于先導(dǎo)活塞式減壓閥。由主閥和導(dǎo)閥兩部分組成。主閥主要由閥座、主閥盤、活塞、彈簧等零件組成。導(dǎo)閥主要由閥座、閥瓣、膜片、彈簧、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力、利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化,通過(guò)導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動(dòng)活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過(guò)流面積的大小,實(shí)現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。

The main valve is mainly composed of seat, main disc, piston, spring and other parts. The guide valve is mainly composed of seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the diaphragm is used to sense the outlet pressure change, and the pilot valve opens and closes to drive the piston to adjust the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, so as to realize the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure.
【進(jìn)口可調(diào)式氣體減壓閥】安裝注意事項(xiàng):
1.為了操作和維護(hù)方便,該蒸汽減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上,橫向安裝須特別說(shuō)明。
2.安裝時(shí)應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與蒸汽減壓閥閥體上所示箭頭的方向*。
3.為了防止蒸汽減壓閥閥后壓力超壓,應(yīng)在離閥出口不少于4M處安裝一個(gè)安全閥
空氣減壓閥可能的故障原因:
1、霜凍損壞,在寒冷地區(qū)應(yīng)注意保溫。
2、水流方向裝錯(cuò),減壓閥變成止回閥,出口壓力為0。
3、彈簧擰得太緊,無(wú)法關(guān)閉,減壓閥將直通P2=P1。
4、旁通管漏水,使P2偏離設(shè)定值,鑒于本減壓閥*的可靠性和耐久性,建議不安裝亮度通管為宜。
【進(jìn)口可調(diào)式氣體減壓閥】調(diào)壓步驟:
1、關(guān)閉減壓閥前的閘閥,開啟減壓閥后的閘閥,制造下游低壓環(huán)境;將調(diào)節(jié)螺釘按逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)*位置(相對(duì)低出口壓力),然后關(guān)閉減壓閥后閘閥。
2、慢慢開啟減壓閥前的閘閥至全開。
3、順時(shí)針慢慢旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘,將出口壓力調(diào)至所需要的壓力(以閥后表壓為準(zhǔn));調(diào)整好后,將鎖緊。
4、螺母鎖緊打開減壓閥后閘閥。
5、如在調(diào)整時(shí)出口壓力高于設(shè)定壓力,須從*步開始重新調(diào)整,即只能從低壓向高壓調(diào)。
