【進(jìn)口高溫止回閥】詳細(xì)說明:
高溫高壓止回閥整體采用鍛造工藝,是高溫、高壓管路中防止介質(zhì)倒流,如火電廠、核電站,石油化工系統(tǒng)的高溫、高壓管路上。按鍛鋼高溫高壓止回閥可按以下三個工藝:
1、螺栓式閥蓋,按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)的閥門,其閥體與閥蓋用螺栓螺母連接,纏繞式墊片(316夾柔性石墨制造)密封??蛻粲刑厥庖髸r(shí)也可采用金屬環(huán)連接。
2、焊接式閥蓋,按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式的閥門,其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接,全焊密封??蛻粲刑厥庖髸r(shí)也可采用全焊透連接。
3、壓力自緊式閥蓋,按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)的閥門,其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接,內(nèi)壓自密環(huán)密封。
High temperature and high pressure check valves are forged to prevent medium backflow in high temperature and high pressure pipelines, such as thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and high temperature and high pressure pipelines in petrochemical systems. 2. Welded bonnet. According to this design, the body of the valve is threaded to the bonnet, and the valve is fully welded and sealed. Full penetration can also be used when customers have special requirements.
3. Pressure self-tightening valve cover. The valve designed according to this design form has a threaded connection between the body and the cover, and an internal pressure self-tightening ring is sealed.
