工作原理:
常閉型:當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合,先導(dǎo)孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng),電磁閥打開;當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位,先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉,閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關(guān)閉。 常開型:當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉,閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位,先導(dǎo)孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng),電磁閥打開。

1、先導(dǎo)式活塞電磁閥要求通過電磁閥的介質(zhì)一定要有壓力的(介質(zhì)沒有壓力不適合用這種閥),我們這邊的電磁閥是要保證介質(zhì)有0.1MPA的壓力,才能正常工作。 2、先導(dǎo)式活塞電磁閥主活塞打開的力的來源有二處,一個(gè)是通電之后,產(chǎn)生的磁力,第二個(gè)是介質(zhì)的壓力推動(dòng)。 這兩個(gè)力是必須同時(shí)存在,才能保證先導(dǎo)活塞式電磁閥的正常工作,缺一不可。
