目前,在電解槽鐵碳模塊組裝質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)都是通過(guò)用直流焊機(jī)通入大電流測(cè)試的方式進(jìn)行估量,因?yàn)殡娏鬏敵霾环€(wěn)定。所以測(cè)量結(jié)果不能直觀反應(yīng)模塊的組裝質(zhì)量。由我公司與中鋁公司共同研制生產(chǎn)的高精度鐵碳?jí)航禍y(cè)試儀采用新型電力電子技術(shù),電流輸出大,可達(dá)到1000A的大電流。儀器采用7寸觸摸屏。智能化操作。用戶(hù)只需要設(shè)置測(cè)試電流,儀器通過(guò)程序自動(dòng)恒流輸出大電流。當(dāng)達(dá)到所設(shè)置的電流后,設(shè)備自動(dòng)測(cè)量出模塊的電阻及模塊的電壓降,從而快速準(zhǔn)確的判斷出模塊的組裝是否合格。
電解槽電極(陽(yáng)極炭塊、陰極炭塊)質(zhì)量的好壞,電解槽投產(chǎn)后的各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)影響較大。在組裝電極時(shí),由于材料本身的差異(主要是陰極糊料、磷生鐵),或者組裝工藝、組裝人員組裝水平的差異,zui終造成電極組裝質(zhì)量的巨大差異。組織質(zhì)量不好的電極,其電阻較大導(dǎo)電能力差,在后期生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的損耗就高,從而造成大量的電能白白的浪費(fèi),降低工廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。另外提高電極鋼棒頭的焊接質(zhì)量,減小焊縫的壓降同樣具有節(jié)能降耗的重大意義。

At present, the testing of quality of electrolytic cell Iron carbon module assembly is estimated by DC welder with big current test for the current output is unstable. Therefore, the measurement result cannot directly reflect the assembly quality of the module. The anodic casting quality tester developed and produced by our company and Aluminum Corporation of China adopts the latest power electronic technology with big current output which up to 1000A. The instrument adopts 6 inch touch screen LCD. Intelligent operation. The user only needs to set the test current. The instrument will automatically output big current through the program at constant current. When the set current is reached, the device will automatically measure the resistance and the voltage drop of the module. So as to quickly and accurately determine whether the assembly of the module is qualified .
The quality of electrode, anode carbon block and cathode carbon block, of electrolytic cell is good or bad will greatly affect various economic indexes after the electrolytic cell is put into operation. In the process of electrode assembly, due to the differences in materials which mainly cathode paste and phosphorus iron or the differences in the assembly process and the assembly level of the assembler, the quality of electrode assembly will be eventually vary greatly. The electrode with poor organization quality has a relatively large resistance and poor conductivity, which will lead to high loss in the later production process resulting in a large amount of wasted electric energy and reducing the economic benefits of the factory. In addition, it is also have great significance of energy saving and consumption reduction to improving the welding quality of electrode steel rod head and reducing the pressure drop of welding seam.
The instrument can directly measure the resistance and voltage drop after electrode assembly and display the experimental current, resistance and voltage drop on the LCD screen. PRS-200T anode casting quality tester (iron carbon pressure drop tester) can directly detect the casting quality of iron carbon modules (anode carbon block and cathode carbon block) and the welding quality of steel rod head, so the selection of qualified iron carbon modules can save a lot of electricity for uses. customized special test wire and test fixture will be adopted to make the test more convenient and fast. Anodic casting quality tester (iron carbon voltage drop tester) is suitable for high precision measurement of iron carbon module combination and voltage drop and other testing occasions requiring big current, small resistance and low voltage, such as steel bar welding quality test.
