基于 MEMS技術(shù)，采用*的玻璃微熔技術(shù)，避免了溫度、濕度、機(jī)械疲勞和介質(zhì)對(duì)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生的影響，從而加強(qiáng)了傳感器在工業(yè)環(huán)境中的*穩(wěn)定性。壓力敏感元件采用進(jìn)口17－4PH不銹鋼整體加工，整體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)防爆結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)國(guó)家機(jī)構(gòu)檢定，防爆級(jí)別：ExdⅡCT6。傳感器內(nèi)置強(qiáng)抗射頻和電磁干擾、溫度自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償?shù)臄?shù)字電路，具有抗*力強(qiáng)，工作溫度范圍寬、*穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn)。該系列產(chǎn)品有多種壓力連接和電氣連接供用戶(hù)選擇。
The Y400-415 explosion-isolated pressure transmitter adopts the MEMS technology and the advanced glass micro-melting technology to avoid influences on the product caused by the temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue and medium, thus to improve its permanent stability in the industrial environment. Its pressure sensitive elements are made of imported 17-4PH stainless steel in an integrated way based on the standard explosion-proof structure design with the explosion grade of ExdⅡCT6, which is identified by relevant state authorities. Digital circuits capable of strong RFI & EMI resistance and automatic temperature compensation are installed inside the transmitter, and the transmitter is featured with the strong interference resistance, wide working temperature scope, and permanent stability, etc. The series products provide several optional pressure connections and electric connections for customers.
