簡介
隔膜式系列壓力表（配接化學(xué)密封），是由一個(gè)不同類型的通用壓力表與一個(gè)隔膜隔離體配接而成的。在通用型壓力表與隔膜隔離體之間還可以配接具有特定要求的連接體。通過這種配接，使一般通用型的壓力表，增加了對特殊腐蝕要求、溫度高、粘度大或含有固態(tài)浮游物、易凝固介質(zhì)壓力的測量性能。隔膜式壓力表（配接化學(xué)密封）在石油化工、制堿、化纖、制藥、鋼鐵、食品等行業(yè)測量流體介質(zhì)壓力時(shí)被廣泛使用。
Brief
Series YTP diaphragm pressure gauge (chemical seals) is composed of a conventional pressure measuring instrument, a connector and a diaphragm seal. This combination enables a general purpose pressure gauge to measure media of strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, containing suspended matter or crystallizing. Diaphragm gauges are universally used in petrochemical, alkali, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical,metallurgical, and food industries.
結(jié)構(gòu)原理
配接化學(xué)密封系列壓力表的工作原理如圖所示。隔離膜片在被測介質(zhì)壓力P的作用下產(chǎn)生變形，壓縮內(nèi)部充填的工作液形成一個(gè)相當(dāng)于 P的壓力 P’。經(jīng)工作液的傳導(dǎo)，使壓力儀表中的彈性元件自由端產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的變形，并按與之相配接的類別壓力儀表工作原理顯示出被測的壓力值。
Configuration Principle
