1、引言
西門子S7系列PLC以其可靠性高、軟件功能豐富、編程簡便,尤其是其組網(wǎng)能力強大等優(yōu)點而越來越廣泛地應用于工業(yè)自動化控制系統(tǒng)中,從S7-200、S7-300至S7-400,西門子PLC提供了PPI、MPI、Profibus、Industrial Ethernet及AS-i等系列網(wǎng)絡解決方案,從而滿足了管理層、客戶層、現(xiàn)場層到傳感器/執(zhí)行器等各種層面的通訊需求。本文以我廠炭素成型連續(xù)混捏機改造為例,闡述了PLC如何實現(xiàn)混捏機調(diào)速控制、混捏過程的實時監(jiān)控、顯示、操作等功能。保障了生產(chǎn)過程的連續(xù)性,降低了勞動強度,改善了勞動條件,實現(xiàn)少人或無人巡視的目標,達到了對大型、關鍵設備的安全、可靠運行的目的。
2、被控對象
中鋁青海分公司炭素連續(xù)混捏機是八十年代中期從德國BUSS公司引進的鋁電解預焙陽*型設備。其混捏方式采用動、靜攪刀相對運動和攪拌軸前后移動實現(xiàn)糊料混捏目的。其混捏機總控制系統(tǒng)如圖1所示。

由于潤滑裝置的給油量一定,同時只允許zui多兩個噴油嘴供油。
混捏機主軸上設有5個潤滑點,其采用間歇、周期性、自動噴油方式潤滑。在混捏機運行中,潤滑機構工作異常(如每一噴油量不足,或間隔時間設定不合理),會使?jié)櫥c潤滑不良,引起局部過熱現(xiàn)象,PLC檢測到該處溫度超過設定值時(一般設定為55℃),則發(fā)出故障報警,故障持續(xù)6分鐘后,PLC會自動降速并停機。
(2)冷卻裝置的監(jiān)控設置。混捏機減速機冷卻裝置也是重點監(jiān)控的重點之一,由于混捏機的工作制是連續(xù)*運行方式(每個生產(chǎn)周期均達到50多天),其減速機承擔著兩種運行方式(大軸自轉(zhuǎn)和前后移動)的減速和轉(zhuǎn)換工作,且負載非常重,其發(fā)熱量十分大,故要求冷卻裝置的工作必須可靠、運行良好,監(jiān)控及時、準確。為此在應用PLC實現(xiàn)其控制中,對6個冷卻點的油路流量、壓力進行測量,監(jiān)測有斷流(斷流時間不允許超過180秒)、或供油不足,則發(fā)出報警。由于冷卻系統(tǒng)工作不正常會引起機械部件局部高溫,導致齒輪、軸承等部件退火,加速機械磨損等現(xiàn)象。故其供油裝置的油泵運行、各管路內(nèi)油流量、減速機溫度(6處)均要求設置監(jiān)控點。
4、結束語
根據(jù)三個生產(chǎn)周期的(6個月)運行,并對混捏效果、電機參數(shù)、工藝條件等指標*測量和監(jiān)控,以及對陽極混捏料質(zhì)量測定、比較,其結果證明改造效果良好。每個生產(chǎn)周期內(nèi)混捏機的電控系統(tǒng)故障平均降到1.2%(改造前每個生產(chǎn)周期平均為11.6~19.2%);其次,應用PLC實現(xiàn)了混捏機可靠調(diào)速操作和的多級保護功能,電機主電流兩級保護的設置,解決了混捏料中因混入的金屬物,而使多組攪刀被打斷的重大設備事故的發(fā)生;此外,PLC的應用,提高了潤滑、冷卻等輔助裝置的工作可靠性,改進了原控制系統(tǒng)的缺點和多故障問題。該廠連續(xù)混捏機控制系統(tǒng)應用PLC完成改造后,取得了顯著的效益。達到了高質(zhì)量、低成本、穩(wěn)定可靠的設備運行目的
