AFG-3000 Series是一個(gè)具備功能強(qiáng)大的任意波形函數(shù)信號(hào)產(chǎn)生器,他的設(shè)計(jì)可符合于工業(yè)應(yīng)用以及教育科研使用。這個(gè)系列提供了80MHz以及50MHz兩個(gè)帶寬,且內(nèi)建了Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp, Pulse, Noise等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào),且提供AM, FM, FSK, PWM, Sweep, Burst等應(yīng)用信號(hào)以滿足各類波形的需求。

AFG-3000 Series同時(shí)提供16 bit高分辨率、200MSa/s取樣率以及1M內(nèi)存深度的任意波形編輯功能,且可直接透過直覺式的面板操作來編輯所需的波形,且內(nèi)建的1M內(nèi)存,可讓用戶進(jìn)行波形分段存取/輸出,除了可節(jié)省內(nèi)存的使用空間外,還可讓使用者儲(chǔ)存更多的波形。DWR功能可直接從GDS-2000系列示波器將波形直接讀出到AFG-3000內(nèi),除了不需透過PC連接外,還可讓使用者在進(jìn)行除錯(cuò)或測(cè)試的時(shí)候方便波形描述,避免使用了錯(cuò)誤的測(cè)試條件。
此外,AFG-3000 Series還內(nèi)建了50 Ohm / Hi-Z Impedance Switch, Online Help Function, 以及Output On/Off Switch等功能讓用戶能夠更便利的操作。透過4.3-inch高分辨率的TFT LCD,除了能讓使用者能夠看到更清楚的信息外,也能將用戶所設(shè)定的所有信息全部顯示出來,讓用戶更清楚目前的設(shè)定狀態(tài)。前面板的USB Host, 除了能夠進(jìn)行DWR功能外,還可直接儲(chǔ)隨身碟存取,而背板內(nèi)建的USB Device, RS-232, 以及GPIB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口,除了能夠執(zhí)行PC端任意波形軟件外,還支持鏈接庫語法讓用戶進(jìn)行客制化功能控制。

· 寬廣的頻率范圍:1uHz ~ 80/50MHz
AFG-3000系列 函數(shù)/任意波信號(hào)產(chǎn)生器采用直接的數(shù)字合成技術(shù)(DDS)來產(chǎn)生及輸出各種穩(wěn)定且精準(zhǔn)的波形,頻率zui高可達(dá)80MHz(AFG-3081)或50MHz(AFG-3051),且頻率分辨率zui高可達(dá)1uHz。內(nèi)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)波形有Sine, Square, Triangle, ramp, pulse, noise等種類的波形。 | |

Burst功能提供了Gate與N Cycle兩種設(shè)定模式, Gate模式可設(shè)定內(nèi)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)(Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp)的On/Off時(shí)間比例,且可透過控制極性(Polarity)或相位(Phase)來進(jìn)行控制, N cycle模式則可設(shè)定相位角度 ,周期次數(shù),周期時(shí)間與延遲時(shí)間等規(guī)格。 |

· 200MSa/s 高速取樣率
任意波的波形是透過一串的數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)數(shù)所組成,輸出的頻率可用取樣率除以波形點(diǎn)數(shù)來取得,輸出頻率=取樣率/波形總點(diǎn)數(shù)。對(duì)zui大取樣率為200MSa/s的AFG-3000來說,如果透過兩個(gè)點(diǎn)來表示波形,可以產(chǎn)生100MHz訊號(hào),同理,如果取樣率為100MSa/s,則產(chǎn)生的波形為50MHz。舉例來說,當(dāng)訊號(hào)透過100個(gè)點(diǎn)來組成,當(dāng)取樣率越高,所組成的波形頻率也會(huì)越高。 |

· 16位振幅分辨率
在16bit的解析下,因?yàn)槊總€(gè)點(diǎn)的振幅解析更為細(xì)致,讓波形在呈現(xiàn)時(shí)較Smooth,而較低分辨率的波形在顯示時(shí)可能就會(huì)有產(chǎn)生部份的鋸齒狀或者較不Smooth,對(duì)于信號(hào)的判讀也會(huì)有一定的影響。例如1V切成1000個(gè)等份(每等份1mV),由于16bitzui小是0.15mV,所以切成1000等份的線條看起來就會(huì)接近于直線,而12bitzui小分辨率為2.4mV,無法達(dá)到1mV的分辨率,在線條上就會(huì)有可能造成階梯狀的現(xiàn)象。 |

· 可任意定義的1M內(nèi)存深度
Long memory 可儲(chǔ)存更復(fù)雜、更多點(diǎn)數(shù)的波形數(shù)據(jù)。AFG-3000提供了1M的內(nèi)存深度,除了具備高彈性的設(shè)定功能,可讓用戶在1M的范圍內(nèi)取任意的點(diǎn)數(shù)進(jìn)行編輯或輸出,除了能提供更多/更長的儲(chǔ)存數(shù)據(jù),也可提供內(nèi)存的使用效率;除此之外,機(jī)器還能將所設(shè)定的輸出范圍換算成輸出頻率,以減少用戶計(jì)算的時(shí)間。 |

· 阻抗切換/在線幫助
從AFG-3000輸出信號(hào)到示波器中往往會(huì)發(fā)生振幅準(zhǔn)位放大約兩倍的情況,這是由于阻抗不匹配的原因,但透過阻抗切換的功能,AFG-3000輸出的振幅將會(huì)與示波器的*,能讓用戶在更容易進(jìn)行信號(hào)判讀。而內(nèi)建的Online Help功能可讓用戶在不了解AFG-3000的功能時(shí),能夠透過Help讓用戶更容易了解各功能鍵的作用。 | |
