堿性紅 1:1 Basic Red主要優(yōu)級純、分級純和化學(xué)純3種：
（1）優(yōu)級純（GR：Guaranteed reagent），又稱一級品或保證試劑，99.8%，這種試劑純度Z高，雜質(zhì)含量Z低，適合于重要精密的分析工作和科學(xué)研究工作，使用綠色瓶簽。
（2）分析純（AR），又稱二級試劑，純度很高，99.7%，略次于優(yōu)級純，適合于重要分析及一般研究工作，使用紅色瓶簽。
（3）化學(xué)純（CP），又稱三級試劑，≥ 99.5%，純度與分析純相差較大，適用于工礦、學(xué)校一般分析工作。使用藍色（深藍色）標(biāo)簽。

產(chǎn)品介紹 Voltage-gated sodium channels are selective ion channels that regulate the permeability of sodium ions in excitable cells. During the propagation of an action potential, sodium channels allow an influx of sodium ions, which rapidly depolarize the cell. The three glycoproteins that comprise the voltage-gated sodium channel proteins include a pore-forming Beta subunit, a noncovalently associated Beta 1 subunit and a disulfide-linked Beta 2 subunit. Na+ CP type VII Alpha (Sodium channel protein type 7 subunit alpha), also known as SCN6A, Sodium channel protein cardiac and skeletal muscle subunit alpha and putative voltage-gated sodium channel subunit alpha Nax, is a 1682 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the sodium channel family. Primarily expressed in uterus and heart, Na+ CP type VII Alpha may function in the regulation of salt intake behavior and central sensing of body-fluid sodium levels.
Function : Voltage dependent sodium channels mediate the sodium ion permeability of excitable membranes. Assuming opened or closed conformations in response to the voltage difference across the membrane, they form a sodium selective channel through which Na(+) ions may pass in accordance with their electrochemical gradient. These ion channel proteins exist as heteromultimeric complexes of a large alpha subunit and 1 or 2 smaller beta subunits. SCN7A (Sodium channel protein type 7 subunit alpha) is an alpha subunit and is expressed in heart and uterus.

產(chǎn)品介紹 Voltage-gated sodium channels are transmembrane glycoprotein complexes composed of a large alpha subunit with 24 transmembrane domains and one or more regulatory beta subunits. They are responsible for the generation and propagation of action potentials in neurons and muscle. This gene encodes one member of the sodium channel alpha subunit gene family, and is found in a cluster of five alpha subunit genes on chromosome 2. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
Function : Mediates the voltage-dependent sodium ion permeability of excitable membranes.
