酸性艷紅主要優(yōu)級(jí)純、分級(jí)純和化學(xué)純3種：
（1）優(yōu)級(jí)純（GR：Guaranteed reagent），又稱一級(jí)品或保證試劑，99.8%，這種試劑純度Z高，雜質(zhì)含量Z低，適合于重要精密的分析工作和科學(xué)研究工作，使用綠色瓶簽。
（2）分析純（AR），又稱二級(jí)試劑，純度很高，99.7%，略次于優(yōu)級(jí)純，適合于重要分析及一般研究工作，使用紅色瓶簽。
（3）化學(xué)純（CP），又稱三級(jí)試劑，≥ 99.5%，純度與分析純相差較大，適用于工礦、學(xué)校一般分析工作。使用藍(lán)色（深藍(lán)色）標(biāo)簽。

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 Striatin, SG2NA, and zinedin, the three mammalian members of the striatin family, are multimodular, WD-repeat and calmodulin-binding proteins. Zinedin and SG2NA share with striatin identical protein-protein interaction domains and the same overall domain structure. All three proteins are both cytosolic and membrane-bound and bind calmodulin in the presence of calcium. Striatin is a neuronal, intracellular protein strictly expressed in the somatodendritic compartment, including spines, subsets of neurons, and is considered as a marker of neuronal polarity. Downregulation of striatin, which is expressed in a few subsets of neurons, impairs the growth of dendrites as well as rat locomotor activity. Zinedin is mainly expressed in the central nervous system, whereas SG2NA is mainly expressed in the brain and muscle.
Function : Binds calmodulin in a calcium dependent manner. May function as scaffolding or signaling protein.

產(chǎn)品介紹 Members of the postsynaptic density-95 (PSD-95)/SAP90 family of membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) proteins function as multimodular scaffolds that organize protein-signaling complexes at neuronal synapses. PSD-95/SAP90 binds guanylate kinase-associated protein (GKAP), also designated GK domain-binding protein, DAP-1-a, DAP-1-b, PSD-95 binding protein, PSD-95/SAP90 associated protein, or SAPAP, through the guanylate kinase domain. GKAP is expressed widely in neurons of the cortex and hippocampus and in the Purkinje and granule cells of the cerebellum. GKAP is localized specifically in the PSD of glutamatergic synapses, consistent with its direct interaction with PSD-95 family proteins.
Function : Part of the postsynaptic scaffold in neuronal cells.
Subunit : Interacts with guanylate kinase-like domain of DLG1, DLG2, DLG3, DLG4 and AIP1. Interacts with the PDZ domain of SHANK1, SHANK2 and SHANK3. Found in a complex with DLG4 and SHANK1, SHANK2 or SHANK3. Found in a complex with DLG4 and BEGAIN. Interacts with DYL2 and LRFN1 (By similarity).
