用途：本品僅供科研，不得用于其它用途。(以下用途僅供參考)新型Trinder's試劑是高水溶性苯胺衍生物，被廣泛用于診斷檢測和生化試驗。在比色法測定過氧化輕活性中比常規(guī)生色的試劑具有若干優(yōu)勢。新型Trinder's試劑足夠穩(wěn)定，既可以用于溶液也可以用于試驗流水線檢測系統(tǒng)中。在過氧化輕和過氧化物酶的存在下，新型Trinder's試劑在與4-氨基* (4-AA) 或3-甲基苯并噻唑砜腙(MBTH) 的氧化偶合反應(yīng)過程中，形成非常穩(wěn)定的紫色或藍(lán)色染料。與MBTH偶合染料的摩爾吸光度比與4-AA偶合染料的高1.5-2倍；然而，4-AA溶液比MBTH溶液更穩(wěn)定。底物被其氧化酶酶促氧化產(chǎn)生過氧化輕。該過氧化輕的濃度對應(yīng)于底物濃度。因此，可通過氧化偶合反應(yīng)的顯色測定底物的量。葡萄糖、酒精、?；?*和*可以用于檢測與新型Trinder's試劑及4-AA偶合的那些底物?，F(xiàn)有10種新型Trinder's試劑。在新型Trinder's試劑中，TOOS是Z常用的。然而，對于特定的底物，試驗不同種類的新型Trinder's試劑對開發(fā)的檢測系統(tǒng)是必需的
