操作步驟:
平置血涂片于染色架上,滴加試劑一3~5滴,使其迅速蓋滿血膜,染色1分鐘左右,以固定血片
不要倒丟試劑一,直接滴加試劑二6~10滴,輕搖玻片或用洗耳球對準血涂片吹氣使染液充分混合,染色5~8分鐘
水洗30秒,待干后鏡檢
染色結果:
紅細胞呈淺紅色,*稍淡而略有蝶形態(tài)
白細胞系統(tǒng)清晰易分,細胞膜清晰呈紫黑色,細胞核著色呈深淺不同的紫紅色,胞漿淺紅色。胞漿中各種顆粒區(qū)分明顯。其中中性粒細胞胞漿中顆粒呈淡紫紅色、嗜酸粒細胞胞漿中顆粒呈桔紅色、嗜堿性粒細胞胞漿中顆粒呈藍褐色;單核細胞的胞漿呈灰藍色,胞漿中顆粒呈細小淡紫紅色或藍紫色;淋巴細胞胞漿呈淡藍色
瑞氏色素號:68988-92-1注意事項:
推片:取全血3微升左右置載玻片上,將推玻片保持與載玻片30度角,置于血滴正前方,稍往后移與血滴接觸,即可見血液沿推片下緣散開,再勻速沿載玻片平面平穩(wěn)向前滑動,至血液鋪完血膜為止。
涂片時不要太厚也不要太薄。太厚紅細胞重疊并易皺,太薄時不易找到白細胞。
用蠟筆在血膜兩頭劃線,平放于染色架上。血膜要干透后才能染色,否則染色時血膜易脫落。
試劑一及二染液不能過少,以防很快蒸發(fā)引起染液沉淀。試劑一不可少于400微升,試劑二是試劑一的1倍量。滴加試劑一及二時要輕搖玻片或用洗耳球對準血片吹氣,使染液充分混合。
沖洗時不能先倒掉染液,應以流水沖,防染料沉著。潰洗 時間也不能太長。一般在30~50秒左右。
6、染色過淡,可復染。染色過深,可用水沖洗或浸泡,還可用70%乙醇脫色3~5秒。

保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. 產(chǎn)品介紹 Neuroglycan C is a brain-specific chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (CSPG) implicated in the proliferation of neural stem and progenitor cells. Neuro-glycan C is a single-pass membrane protein that can manifest as a part-time proteoglycan depending on the tissue expressing it. In its proteoglycan form, Neuroglycan C exhibits chondroitin sulfate glycans and functions as a receptor for midkine, a growth factor that binds heparin, to affect cytoskeletal changes. By means of ectodomain shedding, the ectodomain of Neuroglycan C is able to enhance neurite outgrowth from neurons. Neurite growth stimulation is affected by both an EGF-like and an acidic amino acid domain found on the shed ectodomain. Both domains instigate neurite growth, however, these domains exhibit differing functionality as to number of neurites produced and neuron types stimulated.
Function : May function as a growth and differentiation factor involved in neuritogenesis. May induce ERBB3 activation.
Subunit : Binds TNR and probably TNC (By similarity). Interacts with ERBB3 and GOPC.
Subcellular Location : Cell membrane. Endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Golgi apparatus membrane. In neurons, localizes to synaptic junctions (By similarity). Also detected in the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi (By similarity). Partially enriched in lipid rafts.
Tissue Specificity : Restricted to brain (at protein level).
Post-translational modifications : O-glycosylated; contains chondroitin sulfate glycans.
