設(shè)備主要分為四個(gè)單元：入料單元、視覺(jué)檢測(cè)單元、不良品剔除單元、出料單元。

視覺(jué)檢測(cè)單元根據(jù)產(chǎn)品大小采用多套視覺(jué)處理系統(tǒng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品瓶口圓度、瓶口破損、瓶身黑點(diǎn)、瓶身臟污、瓶底漏洞、瓶底黑點(diǎn)進(jìn)行*的檢測(cè)。

檢測(cè)設(shè)備可與生產(chǎn)設(shè)備連接，對(duì)每個(gè)產(chǎn)品逐一檢測(cè)，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝，提高檢測(cè)效率和準(zhǔn)確性降低企業(yè)人力成本。

The equipment is mainly divided into 4 units: feeding unit, vision detection unit, defective product removing unit and discharging unit.
The vision detection unit adopts several units of vision detection system according to the product size to carry out full range detec-tion on the cap roundness, damage on the cap, black dot or dirt on the bottle, leak or black dot on the bottle bottom.
The detection equipment can be connected to the manufacturing equipment to detect all the products one by one, optimizing the production process, improving the detection efficiency and accura-cy and reducing the labor cost
