氟塑料絕緣和護套線纜: 固定敷設- 60℃, 非固定敷設-20℃。
聚氯乙烯絕緣和護套線纜: 固定敷設-40℃, 非固定敷設-15℃
ZRA-KX-HS-F46PF46R-2*1.5補償導線結構及型號說明:
●KX-表示導體材質鎳鉻10 鎳硅3 (Ni-Cr 10 Ni-Si)
●H-表示耐熱用
●S-表示精密級
●F-表示聚氯乙烯絕緣(PVC)顏色:紅、黑 絕緣層:一般用補償導線的絕緣層表面應平整、色澤均勻、無機械損傷;絕緣層厚度允差為表稱厚度的負10%,Z薄處的厚度應不小于標稱值的90%減0.1mm;絕緣層應經(jīng)受交流50Hz,電壓為4000V的火花實驗不擊穿,實驗機的運行速度應保證絕緣層每點經(jīng)受電壓作用時間不小于0.1s。耐熱用補償導線絕緣層厚度允差為標稱值厚度的負20%,Z薄處的厚度應不小于標稱值的90%減0.1mm,絕緣線芯外徑允許局部放大,但粗大處外徑不應超過Z大外徑值。
●F-表示聚氯乙烯護套(PVC)顏色:黑,護套層:凡用聚氯乙烯或聚四氟乙烯作護套,其護套應緊密包在線芯的絕緣層上,絕緣層與護套不粘連,表面應平整,顏色均勻。護套厚度的允許偏差為標稱值厚度的負20%,Z薄處的厚度應不小于標稱值的80%。用玻璃絲紡織的護套,其編織密度應不小于90%。
●P-表示銅絲編織屏蔽屏蔽層:編織密度不小于80%,斷頭處經(jīng)銜接后應修剪整齊;復合鋁(銅)帶應緊密貼在絕緣層上,不易松脫;屏蔽層的厚度不得大于0.8mm。
